The conversation
You tell us your everything — in a line, or a paragraph. A short conversation follows: what form it takes, where you are with it, what done looks like, and how big the ambition is. That last answer becomes the line we hold ourselves to. There is no charge to reach the end of it.
Your team
From your answers we assemble a team — named people, by department, each with a title and a lead. Your leads ask you their own questions before a plan is formalised, so the plan is theirs to deliver, not a form you filled in. You approve it, or you tell us where we missed and we refine it.
Real artefacts
The work arrives as real artefacts — each one carrying a record code (RC-8F2K, say) and signed off before it reaches you. Every card is owned by a name and checked by a different one, and every piece of work is written to a verifiable record you can hand to anyone.
